What You'll Be Doing

Day-to-Day Business

- Diagnose and Conquer: Show off your problem-solving skills by diagnosing and repairing multiple vehicle systems.

- Keep It Clean and Safe: Maintain a tidy work environment in the shop and in customer vehicles.

- Communicate Like a Pro: Document and express detailed diagnostics and repairs with clarity and precision.

Qualifications

- Experience: Two years/ASE Certifications preferred.

- Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must, along with RELIABLE transportation.

- Bonus Skills: If you can perform alignments or possess welding skills, you're our hero!

We’re hiring for the position of a Customer Services Concierge | Service Team Assistant, who will be responsible for not only maintaining but propelling our stellar customer service record. We’re in need of an individual with in-depth knowledge of customer service, automotive services, vehicles and parts.

The primary role for this position will be assisting our Service Advisor by creating a seamless experience for our customers – in addition to providing estimates of parts and labor for vehicle repair and maintenance services, incoming/outgoing phone calls, transporting specialty parts, shuttling customers (Bob & Sons Automotive provides the vehicle/fuel/electricity for work related tasks!) and additional tasks as needed.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is REQUIRED and must have RELIABLE transportation to and from work
• Acting as a concierge for our customers including contact by phone, text, email, website inquiries and walk-ins
• Estimating Repair Orders and/or ordering parts required for Repair Orders
• Accurately maintain customer records through our CRM and beyond
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in the shop, shop’s vehicles and customer’s vehicles
• Ability to document and communicate detailed descriptions of diagnostics and repairs
